Playing last Friday was great. It was nice to see a few new faces (TGACcrew, and Buddah143) as well as the regular gang. Some of use had a chance to play on Containment and Warlock and the verdict in my book is just more Halo 2 goodness. I am definitely looking forward to all out war on Containment and maybe swords on Warlock. During play on Friday there was one exceptional kill that I have to give kudos for. Witefeather on Colossus was able to take me out with a rocket from a long way away. I had him in my reticle and fired off several locked on shots but missed and while I was doing this he set me up and knocked of one more kill. Take a look at the long line from his grey and white icon on the map, you can't even see me because the screen shot is too small. That's just how far away I was! www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStats.aspx?gameID=163130530&player=GhostRiderTGAC and click on Game viewer and the Eastside view. [glow=green,2,300]Good shot Witefeather![/glow]

Ghostrider, that utility on the Bungie website is great! It's nice being able to see all of your shots, along with the shots that ultimately led to your demise.... I guess I haven't done enough digging on the Bungie website to see what it can really do. Are there any other slick features on the site that we should be aware of? Iceman ;D

As far as I am aware you can get your stats and the stats of your friends. You can see who is online in Live! You can list all of your recently played games and then analyze screen shots of the games to see where you were killed and by whom. It's one of the most comprehensive gaming web sites on the web. Everyone at the office I work at checks their stats on Monday morning and we look at the photos as well. It's almost like the post-game after football :-)
The only thing I wish was possible was video with variable camera angle for instant replays. The technology isn't there yet but it won't be long before it can be done as well. I suppose tight now the best thing I can hope for is my PC connected up to my XBOX and my video capture card to capture action as I play. Then I can look back at it and see how I made the mistakes that lead to my demises.

I was able to see the carnage Metastat was inflicting on us all reflected in your glasses.

I like that idea - being able to see the biggest, baddest kills. Kinda like "Kenny Blankenships PAINFUL ELIMINATIONS OF THE DAY" ala MXC
