Anyone have any cool game modes to play on Halo 2? I played with a few friends tonight and I learned of two new games that are hella fun, I'll write them below.
Tremors Map: Coagulation Players: 8+ Setup: Set all the vehicles on the level to ghosts. Turn off all weapons. Set the game mode to CTF. Make it so everyone has only one life. Rules: Put two people on the blue team, everyone else goes red. The blue may use ghosts, but the red aren't allowd to. There is NO FIRING at all allowed. The red team must try to get the blue flag and bring it back to cap. The ghosts go around the level trying to boost into people, but may not kill anyone on rocks, on a pathway (sides of levels) or in caves. Red are allowed to melee the ghosts, and are allowed to melee blue people who flip their ghost. Blue is not allowed to melee back. It's like that crappy sci-fi movie, and it can get really fun.
Zombies Map: Best on Foundation, but can work on others Players: 4+ Setup: Set the starting weapons to swords and shotguns. Change the map's weapons to pistols. Set the game mode to Team Slayer. Rules: One person goes on blue team, all the rest go on red. Blue team is the zombie team, red are the humans. The red team is allowed to use shotguns and pistols, but the blue team may only use the sword. Whenever a blue player kills a red, that red player must switch to blue. Last red person alive wins.
So who else has some fun games to try?

A few of us experimented with the Zombie variant to mixed success but I don't think we all had the rules clearly in mind. Thank you Ken for presenting them in a very easy to understand and clear way. I won't be able to play this Friday but next Friday I hope to be online for quite a while. Maybe you can set these games up so we can all play.
